CHEERCHEERLEADING Cheerleading is a team sport that brings together a group of athletes with a vast variety of skill sets to perform spectacular routines that are not only entertaining but astonishing to watch. ​To be a successful cheerleader takes a combination of teamwork, courage, commitment, determination, strength in character & the right attitude. ​We have a large staff of both Cheer and Dance coaches and instructors, equipped to teach Novice and Beginner Cheer all the way to Level 5 Cheer and Tumbling. Below are the teams that we will be offering in 2019. Novice Novice Cheer: is offered in Cheer level 1 only, in all ages. and is perfect for beginners in cheerleading. The idea of Novice Cheer is for the athletes to perfect the very basic skills such as cartwheels, forward and backward rolls and handstands. ​ Level 1 To be selected for a Level 1 team you will require well executed cartwheels and forward/back walkovers in addition to novice cheer skills. ​​ Level 2 To be selected for a Level 2 team you will require well executed front and back handsprings in addition to Level 1 skills. ​​ Level 3 To be selected for a Level 3 team you will require back and front tucks and continuous back handsprings. You must attend compulsory tumbling classes for skill progression. ​Level 4 To be selected for a Level 4 team you will require front and/or back layouts, standing back tuck as well as working connected tumbling skills. You must attend compulsory tumbling classes for skill progression. ​ ​Level 5 To be selected for a Level 5 team you will require front and/or back twisting layouts, standing back tuck as well as working connected tumbling skills. You must attend compulsory tumbling classes for skill progression. ​ Additional tumbling classes are on offer to progress tumbling skills for level 1 but are non-compulsory. ​ ​For levels 2 & above you are required to attend weekly tumbling classes for progression and to meet routine requirements.

DANCEHip Hop Incorporating any street style movement with an emphasis on execution, style, creativity, body isolations and control, rhythm, uniformity and musical interpretation. Jazz Stylized dance movements and combinations, formation changes, group work, leaps and turns. Emphasis is placed on proper technical execution, extension, control, body placement and team uniformity. Lyrical Dancing focusing on the expression of strong emotion, the style concentrates more on individual approach and expressiveness than the precision of the dancer's movements. Pom Strong pom technique (clean, precise and sharp motions), synchronization, visual effects and incorporating Pom Skills.

TUMBLINGAn acrobatic sporting discipline which combines skills of artistic gymnastics with those of trampolining. Explosive, dynamic and powerful tumbling passes performed on an air track. Tumbling levels range from level 1 - 10.

GYMNASTICSRecreational Gymnastics Our recreational program consists of a variety of drills in the form of mini circuits, individual and group activities, the recreational classes offer children of all ages the chance to begin gymnastics in fun and safe environment with the aims of physical conditioning, mental attitude and fun. Gymnastics for All is a sport for everybody. You will develop skills while getting strong and flexible in fun and challenging ways. Competitive Gymnastics Competitive gymnastics levels progress through the gymnastics national levels program. Girls and boys competitive classes are available for gymnasts of a higher gymnastic standard and for those wishing to compete against others at their level. We are a strong competitive club and have had many successes, including gymnasts in the State Training Squad, South Australian Sports Institute & a gymnast accepted in to the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS).

PARKOURFor anyone that is interested in jumping, flipping, vaulting over boxes and learning how run up walls come and join parkour classes.
